1. Initial Sourcing and first connection
The process starts by candidates submitting their applications or our Recruitment team sourcing and headhunting the best profiles out there. We not only focus on their resumes, but also their relevant portfolio links (e.g., GitHub, LinkedIn, personal projects). Using different tools, we find and analyze profiles to match them with the most suitable roles.
This stage filters candidates based on experience, technical proficiency, alignment with the job requirements, and their ability to adapt to fast-paced environments based on their experience in different markets, such as startups or rapidly-growing companies.
2. HR Interview: Evaluating Soft Skills and Cultural Fit
Our recruitment team conducts an initial conversation with selected candidates, not only to assess their career journey, technical skills and professional background, but also their motivation and ability to work in dynamic environments.
